Product Warranties

We carefully select the brands and products we offer at HomePLACE.

Many products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty, although warranty coverage varies by brand and product.

Manufacturer Warranties

When a manufacturer provides a warranty, the warranty terms are determined by that manufacturer and may cover specific defects, components, materials or periods of time.

Where available, applicable warranty information may be shown on the product page or included with the product.

How to Get Help With a Warranty

If you believe a product is experiencing a warranty-related issue, contact HomePLACE at:

info@homeplacestore.com

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos, when appropriate
  • Any relevant information about when and how the issue occurred

We'll help determine the appropriate next step.

In some cases, HomePLACE may work directly with the manufacturer or warranty provider to resolve the claim.

Warranty vs. Return

A manufacturer's warranty is different from our standard return policy.

A product may be outside our standard 30-day return period but still be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Conversely, a product may be outside its manufacturer's warranty period even though it would have been eligible for return under our standard return policy.

Our Commitment

You should not have to navigate a manufacturer's warranty process alone.

When possible, HomePLACE will help connect you with the appropriate brand or warranty resource and assist in moving the issue toward resolution.
