Care & Cleaning

• Our enamel coating protects the pan’s surface, eliminating the need for seasoning before or after use.
• Preheat on medium to medium-high heat for up to five minutes to ensure even cooking and reduce sticking. Adjust temperatures lower as needed during the cooking process.
• Add a light coating of oil or butter to the pan and heat until shimmering, but not smoking.
• After cooking, let the pan cool completely, then hand wash with warm water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. For deeper cleaning, refer to our simple 3-step cleaning guide.
• Visit our Care & Cleaning Guide for more information.

Remember: With proper care, your black cast iron cookware can last a lifetime and improve with use.
