The Bonavita Connoisseur 8-Cup Thermal Brewer is built for households that need a full carafe done right.

Rated by The Strategist as one of their Hall of Fame kitchen products, its 1500-watt heater reaches and holds 195°–205°F through the entire brew cycle — the precise range the Specialty Coffee Association certifies as optimal for full extraction, and the range most home brewers never actually hit. A flat-bottom filter basket and precision showerhead work together to saturate every ground evenly, so the last cup from the carafe tastes as good as the first. An optional pre-infusion mode blooms freshly roasted grounds before brewing for fuller, richer flavor, and the whole carafe is ready in as little as six minutes. When brewing finishes, the double-wall stainless steel thermal carafe keeps coffee hot for hours without a heating plate — no scorching, no bitterness, no wasted pot. One-touch operation, and dishwasher-safe components make it as easy to live with as it is to use.

SCA Certified and engineered for people who want a serious 8-cup brew without any of the fuss — the Connoisseur brews it the way it's supposed to be brewed. Coffee, Brewed Properly.
